Hi! I'm Josh Lolling. I love to capture the light, feelings, & moments of the people and places in my life.

I’m a born storyteller with a deep love for human connection, nostalgia, and the art of freezing time. As a neurodivergent creative, I see the world differently—catching moments others might overlook and transforming them into memories.

I grew up in St. Louis, MO, creating art with whatever I could get my hands on, drawn to the beauty of everyday life. What started as curiosity turned into a calling when I took a film photography class in high school. That class sparked the realization that I could build a life around what I love—documenting real, raw moments and crafting images that tell stories across generations.

Now, I call Lafayette, IN, home, where I live with my amazing wife. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me hiking the trails of southern Indiana, lost in a good book, baking fresh bread, or pushing my limits in the gym with metal music blasting.

With a photojournalistic approach, I focus on the in-between moments—the subtle glances, heartfelt embraces, and laughter that define your story. Whether capturing a wedding, a family member's legacy, or a fleeting milestone, my goal is to create timeless images that you and your future grandkids will cherish.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of photographing stories across the world, from Missouri to Mexico, and I’m always ready for the next adventure.

My dream? To one day capture the story of a coffee ceremony in Ethiopia. Until then, let’s start with yours.

Tourists stand on the unique hexagonal basalt columns at Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland under moody skies.

I strive to empower families and communities to see the beauty, dignity, and meaning in their everyday lives, creating images that inspire joy and connection across generations.
